Narrowed down the following 2 models which was relatively easy given the lack of models with inner burner. Inner burner helps to save time and gas, not sure why its not a popular option with the mass market.
Given that Rinnai has the expertise in inner burner, this was an easy choice. Comparing the gas consumption per hour, Rinnai model uses less gas per hour. Hopefully with the advertised efficiency of inner flame, our food will cook faster leading to more cost savings in the long run. We will share more reviews at a later stage.

We are likely to go with RH-S259-SSR-T based on the package rate available at S$1,127. The length of both models fits our hob length of 840mm.
We will visit the show room to listen to the difference in sound of both hoods before making a final decision. Tecno wins over the more powerful suction yet with lower noise level based on the materials available online.

This particular model caught our attention due to its powerful suction power of up to 700m³/h compared to RH-S259-SSR-T model of 520m³/h
